Galatians felt like a
spiritual gut-check. Paul was not sugarcoating anything—he came with fire and
correction, but it was rooted in love. What stood out most was his bold defense
of freedom in Christ. I needed that reminder. Sometimes, I slip back into
trying to “perform” for God or live up to other people’s standards. Paul said,
“No ma’am.” Christ already set me free—why pick those chains back up? I also
loved how he put grace and legalism in a headlock and made it plain: salvation
is not earned. It is given. The Holy Spirit was central too—guiding us,
changing us, bearing fruit in our lives. That part humbled me. The fruit shows
what is really growing in me. Am I truly being led by the Spirit, or am I just
managing behavior? Galatians helped me recalibrate and hold tight to the truth
of the Gospel, no matter who is trying to remix it.
