"Lead with
Truth and Grace"
Key
Thought:
Godly leadership flows from a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith.
1
Timothy called me higher. These affirmations reminded me that leadership is not
about position—it is about posture. Paul was pouring into Timothy, and through
his words, I felt God pouring into me. This letter reminded me that how I live
matters just as much as what I say. Integrity is not optional. Sound doctrine
is not negotiable. And love has to lead it all. I saw the call to fight the
good fight, to guard what has been entrusted to me, and to walk with boldness,
even when others overlook me. That meant something. These affirmations helped
me settle into the truth that I can lead with both strength and gentleness. I
can hold firm to truth and still carry grace. I do not have to shrink back—I
can steward what God has given me and trust Him with the outcome. 1 Timothy
showed me that a pure heart, a good conscience, and sincere faith can lead
well—and finish well.
