Empowered to Endure

This year's Bible Reading Plan is based on my Word of the Year: Resilience.

The Holy Grit Journey: A Bold Walk in Resilience and Faith is your reminder that this is more than a plan—it is a call to live steady in what God has strengthened.

This is a step in the Path of Holy Grit—a journey shaped by endurance, faithfulness, and grace.

This is not just a reading rhythm. It is a spiritual stance.
You do not break. You bend. You build.
Stay grounded. Stay gritty.
You are Resilient on Purpose.

Description

Even in weariness, God equips you to keep going. This month focuses on grace-filled endurance and inner strength.

Help to Become More Like Christ

Paul’s letters do not just give us doctrine. They give us direction. Whether he is writing to a church or a young leader, his voice is pastoral, urgent, and personal. What makes Paul’s writing powerful is not just what he says—it is how deeply he believes it. He writes with conviction because he lived through conversion.

As we begin with Acts and trace his journey through the epistles, we begin to see that spiritual maturity is not accidental. It is intentional.

And it is possible—for the Church, and for you.

Pauline Epistle Rememberminder: Acts

You do not have to know every next step. The Holy Spirit is guiding you—just like He guided the early church. Every door, delay, and detour has purpose.

Acts 1:8 (CEV):

“But the Holy Spirit will come upon you and give you power… then you will tell everyone about me in Jerusalem, in all Judea, in Samaria, and everywhere in the world.”

Resilience Kit: Your Faith

What You Believe When Everything Feels Uncertain

Be Resilient on Purpose.

Reflection

Faith is not about having all the answers—it is about holding onto truth when the questions are louder than the clarity.

Resilience begins with belief. Not just in yourself, but in the God who never fails, even when life does.

There will be moments when fear whispers louder than confidence, when delay feels like denial, when doubt creeps in through the cracks of hope. But this is where faith stands.
Not flashy. Just firm.

Your faith is not weak because it wavers—it is strong because it stays.

Scripture Anchor

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”
—Hebrews 10:23 (NKJV)

Speak This

I believe even when I cannot see.
I trust even when I cannot feel.
My faith is not in outcomes—
My faith is in God.

Journaling Prompt

When was the last time I chose to believe before I saw results?
Where is God asking me to trust Him again?

Rooted Deep: Holding on to Faith When Life Feels Unsteady

Your Faith.

Faith Is Not Always Loud

Faith does not always come with fire.
Sometimes it shows up in the smallest flicker of hope.
It is not always bold proclamations from mountaintops—sometimes it is just the quiet decision to keep going, to keep praying, to keep believing even when everything in you wants to quit.

Faith is quiet resolve.
It is whispered prayers in the dark.
It is saying yes to God again, even when you are scared.

When Faith Feels Fragile

If your faith feels thin right now, you are not alone.
You are not less spiritual because you are questioning.
You are not weak because you are weary.
And you are not lacking faith because your situation feels overwhelming.

Real faith is not about never feeling fear—it is about moving forward despite it.
It is trusting God's heart when you cannot understand His hand.
It is holding onto His Word even when everything else is uncertain.

Faith Is a Lifeline, Not a Performance

God is not looking for perfect, polished believers. He is looking for surrendered hearts—hearts that return to Him again and again, even with trembling hands and tear-stained eyes.

Faith is not about proving yourself.
Faith is about anchoring yourself.
It is the root system that keeps you grounded when storms come.
It is the link that reminds you: God has not left, and He never will.

Scripture Anchor

“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”
—Hebrews 10:23 (ESV)

You are not holding your world together.
God is holding you—through your faith.

Speak This Over Yourself

I believe even when I cannot see.
I trust even when I cannot feel.
My faith is not in outcomes—
My faith is in God.

A Word for Today

Do not measure your faith by how strong you feel.
Do not compare your walk to someone else’s visible strength.
And do not disqualify yourself just because you feel shaky.

You are still believing. And that is enough.

Pauline Epistle Rememberminder: Letters That Build #2

The book of Acts never ends with “The End” for a reason. You are still living out the mission Jesus started and Paul helped spread.

Acts 20:24 (ESV):

“But I do not account my life of any value… if only I may finish my course and the ministry that I received from the Lord Jesus…”

Affirmations about Bold Witness

Empowered to Go

Key Thought: I am filled with the Spirit and sent to represent Christ.

The book of Acts shows the unstoppable movement of the early church, led by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is a story of bold faith, miraculous works, and unwavering witness. Ordinary people were empowered to do extraordinary things because they believed in the risen Jesus and obeyed His call to go. The same Spirit who filled them fills us—equipping, guiding, and sending us to make Jesus known in every space we occupy.

Affirmations:

1.   I am empowered by the Holy Spirit to boldly live out my faith.

2.   I am not afraid to speak the name of Jesus wherever I go.

3.   I trust the Spirit to lead me into divine appointments.

4.   I am part of God’s ongoing mission in the world.

5.   I walk in obedience, even when I do not know the outcome.

6.   I carry the Gospel with clarity, courage, and compassion.

7.   I expect God to work through me in miraculous ways.

8.   I stand firm in truth, even in the face of opposition.

9.   I live generously, serve joyfully, and love deeply.

10.                I am a witness to what Jesus has done—and what He is still doing.

Pauline Epistle Rememberminder: Letters That Build #1

Paul’s letters are not just lessons. They are construction sites. Let them reshape how you believe, how you lead, and how you live.

2 Timothy 3:16 (MEV):

“All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness…”
