"Freedom to Be Faithful"
Key Thought: Freedom in Christ and living by
faith, not the law.
Galatians
reminded me that I am free—completely and undeniably free. These affirmations
called out every area where I was still trying to earn God’s approval or
measure up to someone else’s standards. Paul’s message hit different this time.
He was not just talking about breaking religious rules; he was declaring
spiritual freedom. And that freedom is not an excuse to do what I want—it is an
invitation to walk by the Spirit. Every affirmation reminded me that I have
access to a different kind of life: one that flows from grace, not guilt. One
that bears fruit because of the Spirit, not my striving. I was especially
struck by how many of these affirmations pointed to identity—I am adopted, I am
chosen, I am crucified with Christ. That kind of confidence is not arrogance.
It is trust. These words helped me breathe again. I can rest in God’s love,
walk in His Spirit, and serve in love—not to prove something, but because I
already belong.
