Clothed
in Righteousness
Key
Thought:
I am made right with God through faith in Jesus Christ.
Righteousness
is the foundation of our relationship with God, and Paul teaches in Romans that
this righteousness is not earned by good behavior but received through faith.
Once we believe in Christ, we are justified—declared righteous—and brought into
right standing with God. From that moment, we begin living out that
righteousness daily, not to gain God’s approval but because we already have it.
It is a life rooted in grace, empowered by the Spirit, and marked by surrender.
