Romans
is that book that reminds me just how much I needed—and still need—Jesus. Paul
laid it all out: the problem, the plan, and the promise. He made it plain that
every single one of us needs grace. No one has it all together. That humbled
me. But then came the beauty of being justified by faith—not by perfection, not
by performance, just faith in the One who finished it. That changed how I see
myself and others. Romans also woke me up to how powerful the Spirit’s work is.
I am not just saved; I am being renewed and freed from sin every day. And when
life gets hard—and it does—Paul said that God is still working all things
together for my good. That keeps me grounded. By the end of the letter, I felt
the call to live a life that is holy and set apart, not because I have to earn
anything, but because I want to live in response to everything God has already
done.
