Start With Intention: A Faith-Focused Morning Reset
Determine your mindset: Will you show up with joy? Patience? Courage? Declare it in advance.
Declare your
attitude: joy, courage, patience, grace. You get to choose how you enter your
day—and naming it in advance gives you power when circumstances test you.
Reflection:
How you show up matters just as much as what you show
up to. Your posture shapes your presence. Will you show up hurried or
hopeful? Drained or disciplined? Irritated or intentional?
Before the day defines you—decide who you are bringing to it.
Naming your posture is not about pretending. It is about
preparing. It is choosing to reflect Christ in your tone, attitude, and
presence.
Examples:
- “Today,
I show up with joy—even when it is hard.”
- “I
will show up with grace, even when I am stretched.”
- “I am
showing up calm, not chaotic.”
- “Today,
I choose boldness.”
- “I
will show up present—with my full attention and open heart.”
Practice:
- Write
or speak your posture statement in the morning.
- Ask
God to help you embody it, especially when it gets tested.
Affirmation:
I decide how I will show up. Today, I choose to reflect
Christ.
You Are Intentional. Live Like It
Matters.
You are not
behind. You are becoming. You are intentional. Walk like it.
