Prayer:
Lord, today we remember every staff member who makes a school run. The
custodians who arrive early and stay late. The cafeteria workers who serve with
joy. The secretaries who answer every call and calm every panic. The aides, bus
drivers, security officers, and volunteers—those who may never stand in front
of a classroom but whose impact is felt in every hallway and heart.
We
ask that You bless them richly. Give them strength for their labor and dignity
in their work. Let them feel appreciated and protected. May they know that what
they do matters—that they are seen not just by You, but by the students whose
days are made brighter and safer because of their care.
Let
the culture of our schools shift to honor every role. May kindness, respect,
and gratitude flow freely from students, teachers, and administrators to the
staff who serve so faithfully behind the scenes.
Amen.
