Prayer:
Lord, we thank You for our youngest learners—the children just beginning their
journey through education. We lift up every Pre-K and Kindergarten student. Let
their first steps into the classroom be filled with joy, wonder, and a deep
sense of safety. Calm their fears and spark their curiosity. May their hearts
be tender and their minds wide open.
We
also pray over elementary schools—those sacred spaces where foundational skills
are formed, friendships take root, and identities begin to develop. Fill these
schools with laughter, peace, and support. Let every classroom be filled with
warmth and patience. Strengthen the teachers and staff who work with children
at this vital age.
We
pray for the parents dropping off their little ones, often with tearful eyes
and anxious hearts. Give them peace. And for the children, let each day begin
with confidence and end with joy.
Amen.
